Anna is a versatile actress, vocalist, dancer and pianist who’s passion lies in storytelling through creative expression. As a singer, she is equally at home in jazz, classical, and contemporary genres and is currently focusing on songwriting. As a dancer Anna has performed throughout the US and Europe, working with such renowned choreographers as Ann Reinking and Tony Stevens. In addition, Anna is an accomplished musician and pianist with both a bachelor and master’s degree in music (from Oberlin Conservatory and NYU, respectively). Yet it is her love of theater that drew her to Manhattan, where she finds inspiration in the diversity and energy of the city and among the myriad of talented actors, musicians, dancers and directors that she feels blessed to have met.
Anna's New York theater credits include "The Musical of Musicals, The Musical!" (New World Stages, June/Abby standby- performed 30 shows), "The Pirates of Penzance" (City Center), "The Bald Soprano" (Abingdon Theater, Mrs. Smith), "Floyd Collins" (Frederick Loewe Theater, Miss Jane), "The Golden Apple" (Provinceton Playhouse, Mother Hare), and "Home" (West End Theater, Dorothy). Anna has performed in numerous regional houses around the country as well, including Goodspeed Opera House, Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera, Seaside Music Theater, Ohio Light Opera and Theater of the Stars (GA). Television credits include "Guiding Light" and "Saturday Night Live".
